Idea – To Share a Reflection at the CoPP
For the April CoPP we are inviting you to send in some ideas for topics you would like to explore this year. You are welcome to do this in whatever way works for you, if using photos be sure to have permission. You can email us or send WhatsApp text or give us a ring.
Maintaining the NEW Idea – Space for Managers/Owners
Proposed time: 6pm to 6.30pm or longer if needed.
Based on your input, last year we introduced additional time before the CoPP for managers and owners. As the focus of the CoPP is on practice with children, we offer a space for Managers/Owners to come to discuss other areas such as operational, management, HR etc. A space will be available for this, from 6pm in our building, if you feel this would benefit you. We are also happy for Managers/Owners to remain in their conversations, in the kitchen, when the CoPP commences at 6.30pm, if you feel you need longer time for discussion on such matters.
