Clare County Childcare Committee would like to invite potential and current childminders to a free online workshop facilitated by Barnardos.

The aim of this workshop is to support Childminders in understanding the factors that influence children’s behaviour and to see behaviour as communication.

After completing this training webinar, participants will be able to:

Understand the stages of social and emotional development
Recognise factors that influence children’s behaviour
Describe how relationships and supportive interactions are key
Consider ways to appropriately promote positive behaviour
Work in partnership with parents
